    Flotation: Corps of Engineers Approved.  We use "FORMEX" flotation

    Frame: 8" Junior I-Beams 6.5 lbs./linear ft.

    Decking: MoistureShield Composite Decking (50 yr. Limited Warranty)View Flyer Southern Yellow Pine (#1 prime) treated and IPE (Ironwood).  Decking is 2"x 6" or 2"x 8".  Ends are capped with one 1 1/2"x 1 1/2" angle to retard cupping.

    Paint: Our paint is formulated to meet the needs of the Lake Hartwell area, with all colors available.

Roof Specifications

(Flat, or Gable or Sundeck)

  Flat Roof: Roof is supported by 2"x2" posts with Z
  Bar joists.  Decking is R panel decking with a (20)
  twenty year warranty.
 
 

  Gable Roof: Roof is held up by 2"x2" posts, 6"
  I-Beam rafters for strength with a galvanized c channel
  cross member.  Roof decking is a R panel product (25 yr. warranty). Sundeck ready docks with 8" I-beam are also available.


  Sundeck Roofing: Supported by 2"x2" posts with 8"
   Junior I-Beam Joists.  This is topped by 26 gauge R panel
   decking.  Decking is then covered with 5/4" decking.  Half or full sundecks on roof are available.
